Unless you’ve specifically bought the full size Mac keyboard, you’re missing dedicated page up and page down keys.
But, you’re not missing out on the functionality; here are the shortcuts:
- Page Up: fn key + up arrow key
- Page Down: fn key + down arrow key
If you do want the dedicated keys, you can buy Apple’s full size keyboard or most windows keyboards will work with Macs too.

The space bar also functions as page down in web browsers, and command (Apple) + up arrow will jump back up to the top of the page.

All good, but Apple’s keyboard is not the only option. I personally prefer real mechanic keyboards, and currently use Matias (see http://matias.ca/laptoppro/mac/). But there are a lot, and I mean it, of other keyboards that are much better than Apple’s one, at least in my opinion (and I type hell of a lot, believe me).

I tried both fn key options but that didn’t work either.
